Restorative Yoga with Sound Bath

Join Kim Horton and Mary Bailes for a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
Kim will guide you into gentle, supported restorative postures, using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks to ensure maximum comfort. As you settle into each pose, this practice will help you deepen your relaxation, tune into your breath, quiet your mind, and release layers of tension, resistance, and holding within the body.
Throughout the session, Kim and Mary will offer soothing massage and gentle assists, allowing you to sink even deeper into your practice.
We will then end with a crystal sound bath. This class is designed to leave you feeling relaxed, balanced, and completely rejuvenated.
